Job Description
Brand Strategy & Development
- Develop and maintain the brand vision, positioning, and identity for each property.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Create and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all guest touchpoints.
Marketing & Communications
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Oversee the production of brand content including visuals, copywriting, and digital assets.
- Support PR initiatives, influencer partnerships, and media engagements that enhance brand visibility.
Guest Experience Alignment
- Partner with operations, F&B, and design teams to ensure brand values are reflected in décor, uniforms, menus, and service standards.
- Monitor guest feedback and online reviews, recommending improvements that reinforce brand perception.
Partnerships & Events
- Identify and manage strategic partnerships that align with brand positioning.
- Plan and oversee brand-led events and activations to engage guests and local communities.
Performance & Reporting
- Track brand KPIs such as awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
- Prepare regular brand performance reports for the Director of Marketing.
- Prepare allocated brand budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in brand management or marketing, with at least 2 years in hospitality or luxury lifestyle.
Skills:
- Strong creative vision with analytical ability.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and brand analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
