Job Description

  • Provides technical advice and guidance to prospective customers on installation, adaptation, configuration and enhancement of company technical products, programs and systems.
  • Assisting in key aspects of the sales cycle, including requirements gathering, demos, proof of concept, and product specifications.
  • Explore new technologies and courses while maintaining current knowledge of relevant technologies. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
  • Assisting in network upgrades while ensuring operational stability, minimal downtime, and adherence to industry best practices.
  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, challenges and gathering requirements through Calls, or meetings.
  • Implement and install network solution to meet customer’s needs, solution proposed and deliver project documentations. 
  • Assist in and updates site surveys as required to understand the project scope and implement designed solutions (HLD, LLD).
  • Provide technical support, remote support, and assistance to customers through Ticketing system software. 
  • Identifies the potential suppliers list for the provided solutions.
  • Contribute with sales team in Meetings with customer to identify customer’s needs and requirements.
  • Prepare the technical components of the proposals ensuring the efficient integration of all configured solutions. 
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of proposed solutions including accurate network diagrams, BOMs and declaration for the design.
  • Provide effective responses to RFIs/RFPs, including managing post-tender activities.
  • Provide powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition.
  • Contribute with sales teams to support their efforts in closing deals. 
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customer, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Assisting with the presales team to design highly technical solutions and identify the potential suppliers list for the provided solutions.
  • Contribute with Sales, Product management and Professional services teams to gather insights and information on different aspects such as customers’ needs and projects challenges which can be an added value to the offering’s portfolio or changes in the proposal.
  • Provide technical content for client proposals including scope, conceptual design, bill of materials.
  • Maintain an understanding of competitors' services. stay up-to-date with their offerings and identify areas for improvement or differentiation.
  • Identify and troubleshoot network issues.
  • Provide end-user training on the company's network portfolio.
  • Assist in training to sales team members in order to enhance their product knowledge.
  • Tracking the inventory of network security equipment and tools.
  • Prepare and deliver semiannual presentations that highlight key achievements, performance metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Participates in special projects as required.

Job Requirements

Minimum Knowledges.

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or any relevant degree
  • 0-1 years of experience in presales.
  • Cybersecurity Knowledge is preferred
  • CCNA knowledge is must.
  • CCNP knowledge is must.
  • Technical skill of VIOP
  • Technical skill of Firewalls
  • Technical skill of troubleshooting.
  • Technical skill IP Surveillance system 

            Minimum Skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Teamwork skill to effectively working with cross-functional teams.
  • Negotiations skills.
  • presentation skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proficient in MS applications, as well as ERP and CRM systems.
