Job Description
- Review the results of new driver interviews and approve hires in coordination with relevant departments.
- Monitor the implementation of driver training plans and approve training reports.
- Follow up on new hires and prepare the daily statistical report on the number of drivers.
- Supervise the identification and resolution of driver-related issues in coordination with relevant departments.
- Monitor cases of resignation and absenteeism, and take the necessary administrative actions.
- Hold regular meetings with drivers at sites and at the office to discuss their situations and improve the work environment.
- Receive unresolved driver complaints referred from management via phone and work on addressing them.
- Respond to complaints submitted through the system within a maximum of 48 hours from the date of submission.
- Conduct driving tests and professional evaluations for new drivers.
- Review the implementation of training with training officers and conduct surprise tests to ensure the quality of instruction and understanding.
- Follow up on completing administrative procedures related to health insurance and renewing driver documents with the Ministry of Tourism and other relevant authorities.
- Approve leave requests after review and approval by the Operations Department.
- Perform any other duties assigned within the scope of work.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree.
Technical Skills:
Strong ability to communicate effectively and manage field teams.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Previous Experience:
Minimum of 20 years’ experience in driver management or personnel affairs, preferably in the transportation or tourism sector.
Special Abilities:
Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
