Job Description
- Prepare and organize outgoing shipments based on customer orders.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure products are properly packaged and ready for dispatch.
- Oversee and monitor the shipping process to ensure timely deliveries.
- Communicate with freight companies, couriers, and logistics providers to arrange for transportation of goods.
- Track shipments to ensure they arrive on time and follow up on delayed or missing packages.
- Ensure all shipping documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists, customs declarations) are accurately completed and filed.
- Verify the accuracy of shipping charges and billing, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies or low stock levels to the inventory team.
- Assist with managing returns and exchanges and ensure proper documentation for returns.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Excellent Proficiency in using MS Office Package.
- Excellent communication skills.
