Job Description
An Administration Executive is required for a company in Nasr City:
- Respond to incoming calls and Email from clients (Arabic and English)
- Contact suppliers/clients abroad and locally (English is a must) by email and phone call
- Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office/Excel/PowerPoint presentation
- Create client files and organize internal office files
- Online research of suppliers
- Good negotiation skills with suppliers
- Prepare quotations and offers to clients
- Good marketing and social media knowledge to run/update company’s profile on website/facebook/linkedin
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Proficient user of MS office.
- Internet/ email oriented.
- Very well-organized person
- Work under pressure
- Could be reached outside working hours
- Must live around Nasr City
