Job Description
- Responsible to control and monitor services/projects within the company.
- Provide cost controlling support for all projects ( i.e., Actual vs. Budget, cost analysis,cost optimization )
- Perform commercial review for existing contracts in the date of renewal and provide escalation recommendations in terms of cost analysis.
- Prepare monthly profitability report for the monitoring of projects activities and arrange for monthly meetings with team.
- Support department vision and objectives in terms of cost control and cost optimization solutions.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc in Engineering and cost control related Experience.
- 3 to 5 years in a cost control role.
- Commercially and financially aware.
- Excellent skills in using MS Excel software.
- Skillful in using MS Office (Word &PowerPoint) software.
- Actively committed to process development.
- Good communication skills with the ability to form and maintain good relationships.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Highly numerate with the ability to research, assemble manage, and manipulate numerical information.
- Knowledge of estimating techniques.
- Results-oriented and organized.
