Job Description

  • Lead the development and implementation of the company's comprehensive social media strategy, aligning with overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and manage the social media budget, allocating resources effectively across various initiatives.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and set ambitious yet achievable goals for social media campaigns.
  • Create and maintain a detailed social media calendar, ensuring content consistency and timely execution.
  • Define and refine the brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all social media platforms.
  • Oversee the creation and curation of high-quality, engaging content that resonates with the target audience and drives desired actions.
  • Lead the development and implementation of innovative social media campaigns, including paid and organic strategies.
  • Manage and optimize social media profiles across all platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and timely responses to user interactions.
  • Utilize social media management tools to streamline content scheduling, performance tracking, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, PR, content, etc.) to ensure seamless integration of social media activities.
  • Analyze social media data and metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, sentiment, etc.) to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and inform strategy adjustments.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to optimize social media performance.
  • Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize content formats, messaging, and targeting.
  • Generate insightful reports on social media performance, highlighting key findings and actionable recommendations.
  • Stay abreast of emerging social media technologies and tools to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Mentor and guide a team of social media professionals, fostering their growth and development.
  • Establish clear performance expectations, provide constructive feedback, and guide team members in achieving their goals.
  • Collaborate with senior marketing leaders to ensure alignment of social media strategy with overall business objectives.
  • Develop and implement social media governance guidelines to maintain brand consistency and protect the company's reputation.
  • Advocate for social media best practices and champion the use of data-driven decision-making within the organization.

Job Requirements

  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
  • Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
  • Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
  • BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
