Job Description
looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical task like.
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
- Coordinates hotel reservation and travel bookings.
- Orders, receives, and maintains office supplies.
- Performs other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and collating.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 2 to 3 years of experience in similar position
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service attitude
- Excellent command of English and Arabic
