Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creating a marketing and communication yearly plan.
  • Handle the internal and external events, fairs, and tours
  • Create targeted marketing and communication campaigns on the ground or visually
  • Negotiate with various vendors marketing and communication deals
  • Efficiency creates marketing and communication material ideas (digital or non-digital copy) with all possible options.
  • Open new marketing and communication channels for promoting and branding.
  • Writing and proofreading creative copy
  • Maintaining websites updates
  • Coordinating internal marketing and commination to maintain City’s  culture
  • Working with in-house designers to produce materials of visual impact and within City CIM guidelines
  • handling Social Media platforms.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Job Requirements

Required Knowledge,Skills & Abilities:

  • English and Arabic proficiency spoke and written. Knowledge in the third Language is a plus.
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Windows Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and Google Docs.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong deal closing and negotiation skills.
  • Strong financial skills, including forecasting and budgeting
  • High level of analytical and excellent attention to detail.
  • Real understanding of print and web advertising opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and follow oral and written instructions.
  • Able to work under pressure with a minimum level of supervision.
  • Capable of handling sensitive and confidential information.

Position Objectives:

  • The position required a highly focused detail-oriented marketer with exceptional and proven records of successful targeted campaigns and ROIs. The position holder will conduct research and analyze data to identify and define audiences and to better reach City goals.

Education & Professional Experience

  • Bachelor of marketing, advertising, IMC, business management specialization marketing or relevant discipline.
  • A postgraduate study academic is a plus.
  • Workshops/Courses in Marketing or communications is a plus

Other Requirements:

  • Must have car

Experience:

  • A minimum of 6 years experience in the marketing field with a proven record of achievements and developed planned campaigns.
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
  • Fair knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics, and processing figures with spreadsheets
  • handle multiple events and projects with high efficiency and accuracy.
  • Developed and presented and implemented ideas and strategies.
  • Experience in non-profit organizations or education institutes is a plus.
  • Experience in managing a team
