- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze market data to inform strategic decisions and identify areas for expansion.
- Lead and mentor business development team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and production, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business strategies.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Use financial data to make informed decisions and optimize business development strategies.
- Prepare and present business development reports to senior management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in business development, sales, or marketing within the FMCG or manufacturing sectors. is Must
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and industry trends.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Experience in strategic planning, market analysis, and financial reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in business development tools and CRM software.
