Job Description
- Translate content from Arabic to English and vice versa while ensuring that the meaning of the source text is retained
- Use dictionaries, thesauruses, and reference books to find the closest equivalents for terminology and words used
- Use appropriate translation software for presentation and delivery
- Proofread and edit content
- Check content using Grammar and plagiarism software
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure the translation meets their needs
Job Requirements
- Graduate of an English Language high school
- Bachelor’s degree from an American or British institution (e.g. AUC) or a degree in English Literature or Translation
- Full fluency in spoken and written English
- Strong command of the Arabic language
- Excellent Internet connectivity
- Punctuality
- Ability to work at least 6 hours per day
