Job Description
- Schedule and coordinate the CEO's calendar and meetings, including registration and travel arrangements as necessary.
- Liaise between executives/business developers and clients.
- Manage phone calls and emails with professionalism.
- Facilitate/improve company workflow (e.g. distribute vital information, manage filing systems, take meeting minutes, prepare correspondence reports for publications/presentations)
- Troubleshoot challenges as they arise.
Job Requirements
- Female.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent Communication, organizational abilities and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and business communication software.
- FLUENT command of English both Written and Spoken is a MUST.
