Job Description
Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Campaigns:*
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals and objectives.
2. *SEO and SEM:*
- Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage paid search campaigns (SEM) to improve website visibility and drive traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and implement best practices for on-page and off-page SEO.
3. *Content Creation and Management:*
- Develop engaging content for social media, blogs, websites, and email marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines.
4. *Social Media Management:*
- Manage social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring performance.
- Develop social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
5. *Email Marketing:*
- Create, test, and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Segment email lists and personalize email content to improve open and click-through rates.
6. *Analytics and Reporting:*
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, and other analytics platforms.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
7. *Paid Advertising:*
- Plan and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other ad networks.
- Track and optimize ad spend to maximize ROI.
8. *Stay Up-to-Date with Trends:*
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and technology.
- Attend industry conferences, webinars, and training sessions as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
