- Engage with potential clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
- Present and promote available real estate projects to clients.
- Conduct property viewings and site visits for prospective buyers.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to showcase project details.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements with clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.
- Attend real estate exhibitions and events to expand the client base.
- Analyze market trends to stay updated on property values and industry developments.
- Prepare reports on sales performance and client feedback for management
- Assist in developing new sales materials or presentations.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging real estate trends and competitor strategies.
- Offer personalized advice to clients about investment opportunities and financing options.
- Managing broker's companies.
- Conduct orientations for broker companies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant degree
- Advanced English proficiency
- Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) software, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Package
- 8 Working Hours with two days off – Regular Shift
- Minimum of 3 Years as a Sales Associate or any relevant role
