Job Description
- Dealing with incoming email, calls, and post, often corresponding on behalf of COO.
- Scheduling meetings and appointments attends them and take minutes of meeting.
- Making sure all the supplies for his office are fulfilled on time.
- Maintaining office conditions and arranging necessary repairs.
- Providing general support to visitors.
- Deliver reports regarding the tasks assigned to the other departments and managements with the progress after following-up with them.
- Provide administrative support to the C.O.O and help him make decisions based on full detailed reports.
- Create and maintain an efficient documentation and filing system.
- Attend events as assigned, taking dictation and minutes, and keeping the corresponding data.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any Discipline.
- Proven experience in the same job role at least for 10 years, Background in Construction Industry is A MUST.
- Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- English Language Fluency.
- Office management experience.
- Decent, professional, and dedicated person.
- Positive attitude and problem solver.
- Can be either a team member or a team leader as needed.
