Job Description
- Manages all human resources related activities including recruitment, compensation, career development, performance measurement, training, and personnel affairs.
- Participates in interviews, selections, and recruitments of employees to fill vacant positions at the Company corporate office.
- Manages the new employee orientation to foster positive attitudes towards strategic goals.
- Ensures that the Company’s overall human resources policies, rules, regulations, and procedures comply with Egypt labor law.
- Oversees and supports all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
- Manages office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Performs receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and incoming phone calls.
- Receives and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mails.
- Develops office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately
- Manages office budget / expenses
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
- English: Excellent command of (Speaking, reading and writing).
- Arabic: Native command of (Speaking, reading and writing).
- HR previous experience is a must.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills
- Basic finance info
