Job Description

  • Assist the Operations Manager in daily management
  • Perform administrative tasks
  • Providing general and specific advice about different travel destinations.
  • Contacting Hotels, Airlines and round transport companies.
  • Create and update electronic records of clients.
  • Supply travelers with pertinent information and useful travel holidays material (Guides, maps and event programs.

Job Requirements

  • Excellence in English
  • Proven work experience as an Operations Associate or similar role
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong computer proficiency
  • Experience with inventory management, database, or similar software is beneficial
  • Relevant training and/or certifications as an Operations Associate
