Job Description
- Support, monitor, test, and troubleshoot hardware and software-related issues;
- Troubleshoot hypervisor environments I.e., VMware, Hyper-V, Azure;
- Troubleshoot active directory and exchange-related incidents;
- Troubleshoot network hardware (Meraki, Cisco experience preferred);
- Support Windows-based systems, i.e., Windows 10 and Windows Server platforms;
- Support O365 office productivity software i.e., Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, etc.;
- Conduct infrastructure patching to include: VMware esxi upgrades, server upgrades, feature updates, etc.;
- Maintain and develop required diagrams, documentation, and procedures of Internal/Client environments;
- Update and maintain IT asset management records;
- Be a point of escalation for technical support issues;
Job Requirements
- Experience with monitoring platforms and tools;
- Experience interacting with external customers;
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills;
- Good documentation skills;
- Ability to accurately follow written technical work instructions;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Technology;
- Able to work in a structured environment;
