Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Reach out to existing customers to upsell and cross-sell our nutraceutical products, ensuring their needs are met and they’re informed about new offerings.
- Product Knowledge: Master the benefits and features of our products to confidently communicate their value to customers.
- Achieving Sales Targets: Focus on meeting achievable sales goals, with a generous commission structure to reward your performance.

Weekly Sales Volume and Commission:
0 - 5k = $100
5k - 10k = 3%
10k - 15k= 4%
15k - 20k = 7%
25k - 30k = 10%

Salary & Benefits Package
- Starting Salary: 20,000 EGP per month.
- Commission: 1,000–5,000 EGP per sale.

- Work Hours:
- Egypt Time: 6 PM – 3 AM, Monday to Friday.- Saturdays if quota isn't met
- US Time: 11 AM – 8 PM, Monday to Friday - Saturdays if quota isn't met
- Flexible start/finish times and allowances for Fridays.

What We’re Looking For
Key Skills Needed:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Mental fortitude
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Confidence in engaging with decision-makers and upselling products.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
- Positive attitude, patience, and a passion for helping customers.
- Familiarity with VoIP software and CRM tools (preferred).
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or customer engagement roles.
- Experience working with Western markets (preferred).
- Laptop and reliable internet connection.
