Implement and monitor security protocols to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing timely solutions to minimize downtime.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, or a related field is required.
2+ years of experience as an IT Specialist or similar role preferably in a manufacturing site.
Extensive knowledge of operating systems, hardware and software.
Familiarity with network protocols, and basic understanding of cybersecurity.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
