Job Description
- Maintain and establish database for the current 90+ injection molds that the company operate.
- Risk analysis of whole shutdowns expected related to molds problems.
- Loading molds on the machines according to production plan.
- Prepare and implement the molds maintenance plans to ensure the smooth flow production (Routine maintenance, Simple preventive maintenance, Inspection maintenance, General maintenance, Major maintenance)
- Responsible for Providing and manufacturing critical mold spare parts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in engineering Major Mechanical .
- Knowledge of common engineering plastics used for injection molding .
- At least One year of experience in Mold maintenance
- Be ready to work and learn in all the activities that are done by the mechanical maintenance department.
