Job Description
- Analyze and evaluate cost data to prepare accurate project budgets and financial forecasts.
- Develop and implement cost control procedures to ensure projects are executed within approved budgets.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define cost objectives and monitor financial progress.
- Conduct regular cost analyses and provide actionable recommendations for cost-saving initiatives.
- Prepare and present detailed cost reports, including variance analysis and future cost projections.
- Monitor expenditures to ensure compliance with financial guidelines and standards.
- Identify and address potential risks and issues related to project costs.
- Provide guidance and technical support to project teams on cost management best practices.
- Perform monthly closing activities, including the preparation of the cost-to-operate statement and result analysis.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in cost accounting, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and perform under pressure.
- Familiarity with the elevator or industrial sector is a plus.
