- Follow up the implementation of the company policy and its representation before all the authorities, bodies, and institutions that deal with it through the human resources department such as (labor offices - insurance office - health insurance authority).
- Overseeing the follow-up to the implementation of all regulations and administrative decisions regarding the organization of work within the company.
- Follow up on the implementation of the company policy regarding the leave system.
- Follow up on the implementation of the company's internal regulations.
- Follow up on workers ’commitment to attendance and daily departure times.
