Job Description

  • Responsible for clients’ portfolio management for key & non-key accounts by onboarding, monitoring, maintaining and improving designated clients’ accounts through performance monitoring, project coordination, account management, business growth and expansion; while managing and delivering the optimum partner experience from a relationship scope as an AM

Job Requirements

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Those fixed functions of a defined job that cannot be reassigned easily to other employees.

  • Consulting and guiding Portfolio’ based accounts towards business growth plans and brand products promotion. 
  • Growing company’s sales revenue through direct/indirect channels.
  • Leading/coordinating projects & product development initiatives with internal/external stakeholders; while enhancing vertical partners’ performance, CX and business growth plans.
  • Planning portfolio’s campaign, product launches and marketing promotions through engaging partners in online/offline activities and operational readiness to best serve CreditGo customers.
  • Maintaining solid relationship with partners in order to sustain/increase merchant-base/transactions volume in a competitive market and enhance partner experience.
  • Data reporting and business reviews.
  • Handling complaints, escalations and conduct clients’ follow-up through relationship measures, operational scopes and projects coordination.
  • Performing various tasks including, technical testing, technical training, technical set-up, project management, inventory management, documents gathering ...etc.

  • Executing business growth plans communicated by upper management.
  • Being client VOC within the internal stakeholders of CreditGo.
  • Supporting clients within process improvement cycles.
  • Flexible personality to work in startups and dynamic fast-paced environments. 
  • Advanced MS suite User; specially in “Excel, PPT and Word”.
  • Relevant FMCG or Food Delivery E-Com experience is a plus.
  • Excellent follow up skills and great communicator.
