Job Description
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and bills of quantities.
- Support in analyzing project drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare budgets and cost plans.
- Help in the preparation and issuing of tender documents, analysis of contractor/subcontractor quotations, and tender evaluations.
- Assist in cost control and commercial reporting throughout project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and prepare interim valuations, variations, and final accounts.
- Liaise with site teams to gather information on work completed.
- Attend project and site meetings as required.
- Maintain up-to-date records of project costs and financial performance.
- Assist in identifying and managing commercial risks.
- Support the team in the procurement of subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
Job Requirements
- Basic understanding of construction methods and materials.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel – Power Bi).
- Familiarity with measurement software such as AutoCAD & Revit.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
