- Maintain and manage the data on CRM system to assure all data is clean
- CRM troubleshooting
- Provide the CRM data and the analytics
- Provide technical assistance for CRM users and application management
- Preparing data modules for ERP system
- Provide the sales data collection and the analytics which are related to sales numbers from distributors,
- Manage sales data base and delivering regular and ad hoc sales and CRM reports
- Preparing Sales and CRM templates for calculations
- Managing new projects related to CRM and Sales System
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- BSc. in Business Administration or equivalent.
- 3+ years in the same position
- Applied statistics and dashboard development
- Data processing
- SQL database
- Access database,
- Database management
- Good user for power BI
- Familiar with sales analyzer systems and system errors
- Familiar with CRM systems and CRM technical errors
- Excellent command of English language.
- Attentive to details and accuracy
- Strong fluency with Excel formula and functions.
