Job Description
- Promote high-end business applications Solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers over the phone using TELE SALES techniques
- Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the field
- Contact new clients to follow up on their business and achieve the company’s plan to reach a certain target of the client.
- Establish account plans; manage client opportunities and the successful closing.
- Prepare a weekly analysis sales report and provide feedback to the sales team leader
- Handle demos & presentations.
- Explain and demonstrate products to customers that may involve technical explanation.
- Communicate with clients to resolve inquiries and generate innovative ideas to support customers.
- Use client feedback to improve customer experience.
- Report on sales results on a regular basis and suggest improvements.
- Identify and cold approach potential clients over the Phone.
- Stay up-to-date with product launches and support clients and the sales team.
- Retains and profitably grows firm volume, sales, and profitability through proactive management of assigned long-term customer relationships.
- Proactively manages customers’ satisfaction and after-sales service delivery by anticipating potential service problems, and monitoring satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills (Preferably Tele sales experience)

- Very good command of English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to close deals
- Team Player with a proactive attitude
