Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Software Integration and Support Engineer at Babelway. The role involves tasks such as software support, technical support, troubleshooting, and customer service. The position is based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for remote work, You will be a main stakeholder in all our improvement projects to ensure that our business processes are well
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Software Support and Technical Support skills
- At least Proficient level in English
- Software Development experience
- Good knowledge about various communications protocol like FTP, OFTP…etc
- Good knowledge about XML, HTML….etc
- Knowledge about XSLT, Xpath and Regex is a great plus.
- Knowledge about EDI and various other file format like IDOC XML, EDIFACT,…etc is a great plus.
- Ability to learn new applications, tools to improve integrations between different business applications.
- Troubleshooting proficiency
- Ability to work in a shift base including night shift remotely.
- Customer Service capabilities
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of integration platform technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
