▪ Investigate any problems that arise with processes, procedures, and operations.
▪ Analyze monthly production orders cost variance reports.
▪ Share the layout information and calculate the production needs to achieve the targeted productivity in the new layout.
▪ Study the technology system input, output, and bottleneck nodes and the ways to solve them to achieve high performance and efficiency.
