Job Description

  • Selling and promoting the company products to the clients.
  • Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Creating and updating a solid clients database.
  • Follow up with potential clients.
  • Receive, Label, and examine products at the company showroom(s).
  • Follow up delivery with clients, delivery team, and warehouses to ensure prompt and accurate delivery.
  • Represent the company in exhibitions and trade fairs.
  • Preparing sales report and deliver it to the direct supervisor.
  • Contacting with clients after sales to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
  • Report customer feedback and unmet demands and requests through customer feedback forms.
  • Prepare delivery orders and revise with warehouse for availability, follow up delivery punctuality and abide by punctual delivery policies.
  • Report delivery orders  to sales manager regarding day to day sales orders, and also for follow up and quality assurances
  • Fill
  •  in repair requests by customers and report to Customer service.
  • Revise Bills and Delivery receipts issued by Sales executives.
  • Issue written orders to warehouse department regarding product preparation, inspection, and shipment to customers and complete all the required financial and logistical documentation.
  • Handle customers tailor made designs coordination with Interior designer, and attend all required meetings and follow ups.
  • Manage and maintain effectiveness of IT and other essential in-store systems.
  • Plan and implement shop merchandising, layout and customer traffic flow so as to maximize sales, customer satisfaction, appearance, image and ergonomics for customers.

Job Requirements

  • Presentable
  • Good use of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Good use of email and the internet
  • Familiarity with Point of sale systems
  • 6 years experience in the furniture retail field/interior design required
  • Good command of English language
  • Fluency in Arabic language
