Job Description
- Set measurable KPIs for individuals according to department’s objectives with heads of departments
- Collect performance appraisals from all HODs according to the performance system calendar
- Report the performance results at the end of each performance cycle
- Make sure all results and objectives and behavioral indicators are well communicated to all teams and newly hired candidates through HODs meetings
- Conduct a TNA cycle to collect the needed training according to the organization’s strategy
- Design the training plan according to the technical and soft skills training needed
- Search for training providers with the optimum needed outlines and cost
- Implement the training plan according to schedule planned and training budget
- Evaluates and coordinates external training opportunities with providers
- Responsible for Pre-Post training evaluation cycle
Job Requirements
- 3+ years experience in L&D and PM
- HR Certificates or diploma is preferable
- Excellent at M.S Office
- Very good English
