Job Description
- Analyze building structure ,land boundaries & space, site requirements, dimension calculations ,and other technical documents and reports to determine their effect on architectural designs
- Securitize design drawings, verify conflict of work for both architectural and constructional jobs, and recommend solutions for efficient jobs.
- Check and review technical specifications of all required jobs, modify, justify and set recommendation to match scoop of business, discuss with direct manager for necessary actions.
- Coordinate with consultant representative regarding additional or modified jobs and relevant implementation steps.
- Attend to necessary meetings to discuss both contractors and consultants work status, handle and solve problems in professional manners.
- Perform Bill of quantity for additional jobs, discuss and submit to concerned department, follow up and ensure issuing required licenses as per Architectural Civilization Municipality regulations and project needs.
- Conduct on site tours to overview, check and verify on going jobs of contractors, report to direct manager work status and discuss corrective actions.
- Participate in allocating jobs scheduling based on job status and priority.
- Balance the property interior & exterior design between the presentable images of unites customer preferences & building slandered constructions.
Job Requirements
