Job Description
- Develop comprehensive architectural technical packages for concept, schematic, and detailed design phases.
- Support the design team in transforming architectural concepts into buildable technical drawings.
- Ensure all drawings and technical documents meet regulatory requirements and project specifications.
- Participate in internal coordination meetings to align design intent and technical solutions.
- Identify and resolve technical issues proactively during the documentation process.
- Review and integrate feedback from clients, consultants, and internal design leads.
- Maintain organized documentation and drawing standards across all design stages.
- Take off the quantities of the drawings and prepare BOQs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from a reputable university
- 4-10 years of working experience.
- Familiar with all phases of design and construction
- Proven Track record of experience in Technical Design Development of projects
- Knowledge of relevant codes, guidelines, and regulations
- Knowledge of relevant details and material specifications
- Revit Experience is a MUST

- Detail-oriented individual
- Strong multitasking and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
