The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising and inspecting on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Coordination with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors is essential to maintain a smooth workflow and resolve any technical issues during execution. Duties include interpreting technical drawings, managing site resources and materials, and monitoring project progress to ensure adherence to schedules. Responsible for maintaining comprehensive site documentation such as daily and weekly progress reports, and ensuring that all work meets quality control standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
- 3–5 years of site experience in architectural supervision.
- Proficient in reading construction drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of site surveying, execution practices, and construction materials.
- Familiarity with software like AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Problem-solving and quick decision-making skills.
- Time management and ability to work under pressure.
