We're not looking for a salesman who makes a lot of deals and immerses our agency in profit. It's about business development. We need someone to grow our business & relations and grow with us.
Job Description:
- Developing goals for the development and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Identifying potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and equipment needs.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients.
- Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions.
- Being a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remaining up-to-date on industry news.
- Negotiating contract terms with clients and communicating terms to stakeholders.
- Collaborating with design and production teams to ensure that the proposal matches the clients’ needs.
- Exceeding annual sales targets.
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting.
Job Requirements
- Has a bachelor degree.
- Has 2 - 4 years of experience.
- Previous experience in an agency (Marketing Agency) is a MUST.
