Job Description
Subsequent to the acquisition of a new company, deliver the full cycle of project management accountabilities (project problem diagnosis, solution development, client communications, storyboarding, facilitation of decision making, documentation, managing client expectations, risk identification and mitigation, and project team leadership):
Work with accounting and business operations teams to define the plan and requirements for system implementations.
Drive the evaluation, design, configuration, and testing of specific implementation projects.
Act as the primary customer facing contact during the integration project.
Lead the implementation of financial systems and tools.
Analyze, modify, and document existing process documentation in relation to the system, processes and SOP’s.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Information Systems, Business Technology, other technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of relevant work experience.
Experience with NetSuite or similar financial system is an asset.
Project Management experience or certification is an asset.
Knowledge of IT concepts, strategies, and methodologies.
Knowledge of business function(s), business operations and processes.
Proven hypothesis-based problem-solving skills and analytical rigor.
Flexibility and adaptability on work assignments, including a willingness and ability to learn new skills or subjects.
Attention to details.
Strong structured oral and written communication skills.
Finance or accounting system implementation experience is a plus but not required.
