About the Job
  • We are looking for a professional Operation Manager to coordinate and oversee our organization's operation.
  • Will be responsible for all process of the office furniture installation.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Keep track of inventory, tools, and equipment and oversee warehouse efficiency
  • Responsible for all processes of office furniture installation.
  • Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
  • Manage budgets and forecasts
  • Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
  • Assist with office design and furniture installation as directed.
  • Produce reports and analysis as requested. Make presentations, as necessary.
  • Review, process, and approve invoices for construction and maintenance projects.
  • Facilitate administrative processes necessary in support of monitoring and reporting operating costs.
  • Handle all customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
  • Prepare project budget and schedule
  • Ensure safety practices are followed to create a healthy and positive working environment at the site.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and key team members of the project team.
  • Responsible for all aspects of vehicle and heavy equipment rentals
