Job Description
- We are looking for a professional Operation Manager to coordinate and oversee our organization's operation.
- Will be responsible for all process of the office furniture installation.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Keep track of inventory, tools, and equipment and oversee warehouse efficiency
- Responsible for all processes of office furniture installation.
- Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
- Manage budgets and forecasts
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
- Assist with office design and furniture installation as directed.
- Produce reports and analysis as requested. Make presentations, as necessary.
- Review, process, and approve invoices for construction and maintenance projects.
- Facilitate administrative processes necessary in support of monitoring and reporting operating costs.
- Handle all customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
- Prepare project budget and schedule
- Ensure safety practices are followed to create a healthy and positive working environment at the site.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and key team members of the project team.
- Responsible for all aspects of vehicle and heavy equipment rentals
