Software Product Manager

We are looking to build our development team here in Egypt to cater to our platform in Canada and grow in other industries nationally and internationally. Skep Home is an innovative start-up company that focuses on providing technical solutions to the residential industry. We currently provide a unique cleaning service solution via a newly developed mobile application that connects homeowners with cleaners. The platform is fully automated allowing advanced scheduling and instant booking services with predetermined prices. Our team is young, energetic and highly motivated

Position Overview:

• The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing internal projects. They will be managing a team of Developers and ensure all of the stakeholders' needs are met throughout the implementation process. They will also play a major role in hiring the rest of the team and insuring all the technical skill sets are fulfilled. This is a skilled position that requires experience along with a high level of education. The right candidate will thrive through ambiguity and see “the big picture”. You will find satisfaction in diverse projects, responsibilities and leadership. You will be a leader, a “do-er”, and at all times an owner. They report directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

• Build Software Architecture Documentation
• Create product roadmap, schedule, scope and reporting activities and effectively communicate product goals, objectives, and requirements
• Monitor project deliverables
• Set the project timelines
• Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility etc.
• Scope, document, and implement comprehensive test cases, test plans, and testing processes on a per-project basis
• Approve and sign off on application release candidates
• Work with the development team to establish and document release quality standards
• Assist in staffing the project team
• Coach and support project team members with tasks assigned to them
• You will see the “big picture” and create architectural approaches for software design and implementation to guide the development team.
