- Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests and offering them a beverage, answering phones
- Handling company inquiries,
- Sorting and distributing mail, also schedule meetings and travel for executives.
- Direct customers to proper locations and, if necessary, take and process payments
- Their primary goal is to effectively and efficiently manage the lobby or greeting area of their employer's business while maintaining professional standards
