About the Job
  • Deal with clients inquires via Live Chat.
  • Introduce our products and IT Solutions to the clients.
  • Manage the required queues  and organize the time to answer large number of inquires.
  • Prepare daily reports about the opportunities and clients' feedback.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience in E-Commerce, IT field, Software and hardware Devices.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Selling skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft office.
  • Very Fast in keyboard typing.
  • Time management skills.
