Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring quantities on hand are enough to meet the demands of the hospital.
Assist the Supply Chain Managers in managing the daily operational activities of the department to exceed customer satisfaction and to ensure delivery of quality customer support in a professional, courteous, consistent, and responsive manner.
Assist in planning, organizing, directing, and controlling activities related to the procurement function.
Assist in preparing policies and procedures for the purchasing process.
Assist in preparing and reviewing contracts, bids, proposals, and vendor agreements for legal correctness, price, and item specifications. Other duties as assigned.
