Job Description

  • Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
  • Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments. Many PAs control access to the manager/executive.
  • Taking minutes of regular meetings
  • Organise all travel arrangements
  • Plan yearly company events.
  • Organising events and conferences.
  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Managing databases and filing systems.
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
  • Liaising with staff.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years in a dedicated PA role
  • Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
  • Initiative and ability to identify, solve and escalate issues accordingly
  • A mature, confident, and responsive manner
  • Tact and diplomacy
