Job Description
- Greet persons entering the company to determine the nature and the purpose of the visit and direct them to the specific destination to ensure smooth work operations.
- Receive incoming calls to the Head Office landline & direct the call to the concerned person after checking with him if he will receive the call now or not.
- Make the necessary operations on the photocopier and ensure that regular maintenance is done in coordination with the concerned section.
- Answer telephones and use fax to assist employees ensuring smooth working operations and to guide different internal or external customers.
Job Requirements
- Customer service experience "6 months to 1 year "
- Scheduling and follow up
- Good English (written & spoken)
- Good Arabic ( written & spoken)
- Good computer skills
- Must be organized and passionate about work
