About the Job
  • Identifies leads or opportunities for all LoBs across his key account to achieve his sales target and engages in an assessment of the opportunity with input from the LoB Managers concerned.
  • Prepares and maintain a complete information to be ready for reporting all the time, with the status of each opportunity / lead details
  • Reports opportunity assessments for common projects to the Country Manager, to share with the Chief Strategy Officer in the steering committee as input into the decision to bid.
  • Builds new client relations and brings in new client accounts, in coordination with the Sales Manager.
  • Handles all communications and problems that arise in the relevant account.
  • Handles and responds to all client inquiries and correspondence
  • Brings in sales opportunities for the country across the assigned key account, as per his sales target.
  • Participates in bidding decisions for country opportunities together with the Sales Manager, country manager or the COO based on the DOA.
  • Follows-up with the Project Managers to monitor the progress of country projects or other Giza projects within designated key account.
  • Follows-up on and monitors the profit/loss status of country projects with the Project Managers and liaises with the LoBs for the profit/ loss status for common projects.
  • Follows-up on client proposals and monitors the order processing and cash flow status of the project.
  • Undertakes price negotiations with suppliers, when needed.
  • Prepares and submits monthly progress reports on the assigned key account to the Sector Manager.
  • Ensures appropriate marketing & pricing strategies are developed to the  account
  • Ensures the ongoing maintenance & development of Industry knowledge by supporting & contributing to virtual industry Special Interest Groups (SIGs)
  • Monitors the performance of the Account Managers and provides input for their performance evaluations to the Sales
Job Requirements

Personal Skills

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a specialization in Communication, Computer Science, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Excellent sales and marketing skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent command of English

Technical Skills

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a relevant field 
  • At least 2 years’ experience in sales field. 
  • Preferable experience in the solution sales & integration value propositions
