About the Job
  • Responsible for executing the training plan for the new hires in sales Departments (Agency & Bancassurance), to give them full information about gig and the technical training about gig's product sales, to have a skilled trainer who didn’t dedicated to specific product as a backup trainer.
  • Responsible for training material and it's updates, and classroom agendas (presentations, worksheets etc.).
  • Traveling outside Cairo to deliver training.
Job Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position.
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Impressive presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Excellent in creating martial through PowerPoint.
  • Flexible to adapt with any changes.
  • Has the ability to deliver basic soft skills.
