Job Description

 

  • Manage the financial aspects of the payment process by creating the payment links.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all travel-related inquiries, providing prompt and courteous service.
  • Review travel requests to ensure that requests meet all requirements and compliance with company policy.
  • Prepare detailed itineraries for travelers, including all necessary information.
  • Accept the tour requests from the platforms.
  • Maintain contact with clients regarding their travel plans to ensure satisfaction with arrangements.
  • Prepare reports about travel activity for internal use by an organization or for external use by clients or customers.
  • Stay abreast of changes in the travel industry, such as new routes, airlines, hotels, etc.
  • Research and recommend travel-related products and services that can save time and money.
  • Handle special requests from travelers, such as dietary restrictions, seating preferences, etc.
  • Provide administrative support to the travel department, such as maintaining files, updating records, etc.
  • Publish tour packages, including destination spotlights, hotel and restaurant reviews, tips for budget-minded travelers, and more.
  • Research destinations thoroughly before Publishing to ensure the accuracy of the information presented.
  • Adhere to strict deadlines.
  • Understand the client’s needs and preferences, providing expert guidance to create a personalized travel itinerary.
  • Make the needed follow-up.
  • Handle all aspects of customer service, from pre-trip planning to post-trip follow-up.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Upsell additional products and services when appropriate.
  • Handle the last-minute requests and send them to the operator.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree in tourism, business administration or any related field 
Experience in Customer service or sales 1 up to 3 years 
Level English Good 
Proficiency in Microsoft office 
Familiarity with the travel industry 
2 days off fixed 
Social and medical insurance
