Job summary: Responsible for allocating labor resources, tracking production schedules and cost adjustments and run optimum day-to-day operations to achieve operational monthly targets and ensure exceeding our customers’ expectations.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in engineering with emphasis on Production / Industrial.
- 7+ years’ experience in same position in steel structure field is a must.
- total experience from 10-15 years of experience.
- Strong team building, decision-making, and people management skills.
- Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, and human resources).
- Familiar with industry-standard equipment and technical expertise.
- Knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory, and stewardship processes.
- ERP system user.
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
