- Making follow up calls to new joining vendors to confirm their readiness.
- Analyze list of underperforming vendors according to KPI’s.
- Conduct coaching calls to vendors and provide solutions to enhance their KPI’s.
- Tracking the performance history and follow up on the vendor performance in the future.
- Document the outcome and the analysis feedback.
- Escalate and take action whenever needed.
- Report the daily outcome to the direct manager.
- Follow up on churned vendors
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- +1 year of experience in customer service "Out-Bound" is a must.
- Very good English level.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- MS-Office usage and understanding.
- Previous experience in E-commerce is a must.
