Job Description

Job purpose

The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible to source effective staff for the company. He/she will do this by assessing the staffing needs of the company and then identifying and recruiting talented individuals to fill those needs. The recruitment Specialist also participates in the hiring process, He/ She works in conjunction with the managers for which they are hiring. 

Duties and responsibilities

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Determine selection criteria.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
  • Develop and maintain all job descriptions and job postings; execute all required job postings on time.
  • Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels and other professional platforms.
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
  • Proactive coordination with departments for technical interviews.
  • Advertise internal staff vacancies via email.
  • Collect and screen resumes, select potential candidates, and provide a shortlist of approved candidates to supervisors for interview.
  • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualification.
  • Complete and distribute high-quality weekly and monthly staffing reports
  • Collaborate with managers to identify shortlist needs.
  • Create weekly and monthly reports

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • BSc in Human Resources Management, or relevant field.
  • 2-4 Years of Experience in the IT field.
  • HR diploma is highly recommended.
  • Graduated from language school is a must.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience with sourcing techniques.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills.
