Job Description
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Use data, research and insights to create constructive tension with clients and lead them toward a Axcell solution
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, events.
- Make sales calls for the purpose of: Identifying and capturing all revenue opportunities, expanding knowledge base of customer business/objectives and requirements, building meaningful value-added relationships, selling the value of Axcell products/services and solutions and working toward establishing partnerships
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of successful outside sales experience; preferably with medium to large size accounts.
- Excellent command of English
- Experience in (highly preferred) and grows proficiency in: Selling within the Financial and IT field.
- Strong skills in Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, Energy Level, Negotiation, Prospecting Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity, Sales Planning, Independence, Motivation for Sales
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems
